Sole-source awards up to $100M with DoD without justification; and these awards cannot be protested. NHO-owned 8(a) firms are not subject to the typical 9-year program graduation limit.
Leveraging the 8(a) sole source contracting vehicle directly supports the goals of the “Restoring Common Sense to Federal Procurement” April 5th Executive Order by streamlining acquisition, reducing bureaucracy, and accelerating results for federal agencies.
